Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you

We may store your personal data in your home country and/or we may transfer your personal data to other PB companies and carefully selected business partners and third party suppliers in other countries around the world where it is necessary to do so because it is relevant to PB’s dealings with you and services provided to you. What happens if you have a complaint about PB’s use of your personal data?
If you make a complaint to our Data Protection Officer and your complaint is unable to be resolved to your complete satisfaction, your complaint will be passed to the Compliance Director to be resolved. If your complaint is still unable to be amicably resolved, it will be escalated. Any finding of misuse of your personal data by PB shall be remedied as soon as reasonably possible.
